This group is for people in their 40s, 50s and above. Those who haven't been very active but would like to start walking regularly at a local park.  The idea is to get started on a regular exercese regimen as well as meet other people who enjoy similar activities.  As the members get to know each other, we will build some fun activites along with our walking routines.  We might walk in one of the pretty gardens/arboretums in the area, or go for coffee, lunch, or movie after our regular walk.  It …
